Connecting Real people to jesus through real relationships

First Baptist Church is a diverse community of Christ followers who believe that the spiritual life is summed up in this one word - Relationships - And we value being real in our relationships; so you can come to our campus bringing your real self.

You don't need to pretend.

We think that Jesus, Himself explained the spiritual life in terms of relationships too. Jesus said that the spiritual life all comes down to us loving God and loving others. "'Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.' This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: 'Love your neighbor as yourself.' All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments." Matthew 22:37-40

And so, we envision a church where our authentic love for one another and for our community is contagious. After all, Jesus said, "By this all men will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another." We envision a church where every member contributes to the mission of Christ by connecting real people to Jesus through real relationships. We passionately believe that the church, mobilized in the power of the Spirit and demonstrating the radical love of Jesus, is the hope of the world.

God has called us together to offer this hope to our community and world!

We are strategic in accomplishing our mission.

Our mission at FBC Everett is clear and simple: to make God known. Like our mission, our strategy for accomplishing this is equally simple - we strive to make God known by living in a way that accurately represents his impact in our lives. Every word we speak, every action we take, should be a testament to how God has entered our lives and changed them for the better. By living this way, we can make a tremendous impact even when doing the smallest thing.

The death and resurrection of Jesus represent the most generous gift ever given – when the King of Glory gave up everything in order to reconcile us to God. Giving cheerfully, sacrificially, and consistently is a part of our worship. When we are generous with others, we remind one another of the great generosity of our God.

If you would like to make a one-time gift or set up recurring automatic giving online please follow the link below. Thank you for your generosity.
