Youth Ministry Team Leaders

Many choices lay ahead in the teen years. Youth will discover that the path they walk down will be forged by God (if they choose to following him) and the choices they make – poor choices can bring pain and sadness, wise choices can bring maturity and God’s provision & protection. We hope that they will allow the deep need for love and acceptance to be met in the person of Jesus Christ. His love is perfect and will never fail them. Choosing their friends wisely is huge – ones who will encourage them to love God and love people…for these are God’s greatest desire for them. Having godly, caring adults in their lives is one key in seeing this become a reality for them.

Youth leaders create an atmosphere for youth to connect with God and others with their very lives – their heart, their actions, and their words. There are various opportunities where adults can contribute to our mission of partnering with parents in leading their teens into a vibrant, life-changing relationship with Jesus Christ. Here are a three. A few weeks of observation for new adults is encouraged before diving in.
