FBC Community Center
The Community Center is a gift to the community of Everett to share life together. This facility, located on the south campus of First Baptist Church, is designed to serve a wide range of community needs and is a place where people can build healthy relationships, have fun, and travel on their spiritual journey. To create these experiences, a variety of venues within the 33,000 square foot Community Center are available:
- Hardwood floor gymnasium that accommodates full-court basketball, volleyball, ballroom dance and aerobics to name a few.
- Conference Room for trainings and meetings, equipped with wireless Internet, white board, L.C.D. projector and a conference-style table.
- Children and Youth rooms loaded with interactive games like foosball, ping-pong, pool, pop-a-shot, air hockey and more.
- A café-type area, "The Cascade Room", for hanging out and enjoying the conversation of friends.
- Comfortable living room spaces in "The Loft" for enjoying a good book.
First Baptist Church has been a downtown church here in Everett for more than one-hundred years with a heart's desire to help families and individuals of all ages throughout Everett and Snohomish County on their journey through life. We have been a part of the greater Everett community through our participation in the "All-American Fourth" on July 4th, Friday night meals for those facing financial hardships, preschool co-op, parenting courses, a Tuesday evening recovery program and many other programs that are open to anyone in the community. With members of First Baptist Church raising nearly $3 million to build the Community Center, again, it is our desire and hope that it will be a venue where you can build healthy relationships, have fun, and travel on your spiritual journey. Welcome!
